Serpply Ltd/SEO Jesus Client Service Agreement

This Agreement is made effective upon acceptance by you, the Client, of the services provided by Serpply Ltd/SEO Jesus ("Service Provider"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you agree to use the services and remains effective until terminated by either party.

1. Service Terms You agree to the following: No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the services and the irrevocable access to our resources once services are performed, refunds are not available, including after automatic subscription renewals. Quality and Evaluation: You accept our professional judgment in the selection, creation, and placement of links and content. Sales Copy Inclusion: You will receive the benefits as outlined in our sales copy, subject to these terms and conditions. Service Specifications: Our services include specified Domain Rating (DR) and traffic metrics for linking sites, anchor text selection, and various quality checks. Focus Pages: You are to provide focus pages for our services.

2. Liability Limits Financial Cap: Our total liability will not exceed the lesser of 6 months of service fees or £2,000.00. Service Performance: We do not guarantee the performance of our services and are not liable for implementation errors.

3. Legal Content and Approval Compliance with UK Law: If you are based outside the UK, you must ensure compliance with UK laws. Use of Material: You must own or have authorisation to use any trademarks or copyrighted material provided to us.
