Serpply Ltd/SEO Jesus Client Service Agreement This Agreement is made effective upon acceptance by you, the Client, of the services provided by Serpply Ltd/SEO Jesus ("Service Provider"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you agree to use the services and remains effective until terminated by either party.

1. Service Terms You agree to the following: No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the services and the irrevocable access to our resources once services are performed, refunds are not available, including after automatic subscription renewals. Quality and Evaluation: You accept our professional judgment in the selection, creation, and placement of links and content. Content Limitation: You are entitled to a maximum of 50 SEO-optimized blog posts per month. There are no guarantees for specific ranking outcomes. No Edits or Rewrites: Any content provided will not be edited or rewritten by us. You are responsible for any further modifications. Content Creation Discretion: We reserve the right to determine the necessary content, style, and format. Free Consulting: Consulting services are provided as a bonus and are advisory only, without guarantees for issue resolution or implementation. Sales Copy Inclusion: You will receive the benefits as outlined in our sales copy, subject to these terms and conditions. Service Specifications: Our services include specified Domain Rating (DR) and traffic metrics for linking sites, anchor text selection, and various quality checks. Focus Pages: You are to provide 3-4 focus pages for our services, with recommendations available upon request.

2. Subscription Service Agreement and Cancellation Policy Subscription Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew monthly. You are responsible for payment via bank card. Cancellation Notice: To cancel your subscription and avoid charges, you must terminate the agreement at least 2 working days before the next payment is due. No Refunds on Renewals: No refunds will be provided once a subscription is renewed.

3. Liability Limits Financial Cap: Our total liability will not exceed the lesser of 6 months of service fees or £2,000.00. Service Performance: We do not guarantee the performance of our services and are not liable for implementation errors.

4. Legal Content and Approval Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Compliance with UK Law: If you are based outside the UK, you must ensure compliance with UK laws. Use of Material: You must own or have authorization to use any trademarks or copyrighted material provided to us.

Offers and Discounts: Please note that any offers or discounts such as Black Friday or similar exclude consulting, content, interlinking etc. Plans discounted by these offers are for link building only.
